We have exclusive shower facilities offering member towel services as well. We offer a serene feeling while relaxing on the breezy porches surrounding the facility.

Curves® offers a complete body workout that combines strength training and a cardiovascular workout that is completed in just 30-minutes. The circuit-training program utilizes hydraulic equipment offering double-positive resistance. As you gain strength, and begin reaching your fitness goals, you can increase your workout by intensification in the speed of your repetitions on the machines. This allows the circuit program to cater to ALL fitness levels.
