This is a used, one-only concrete forming system. It was used to cast twenty concrete buildings that we called "concrete modules". The system was used during 1984 and has been stored since that time. The concrete modules were used as "self-storage" buildings, although the finish product looks similar to a box culvert, or precast utility building. Changes were made to the form system to accommodate transportation. The system was designed and constructed by a company employee.
